I've searched and searched and all the posts on people looking to replace just the carrier bearing but does anyone know a cheap option for the whole drive shaft? It looks like they are all $1,000.00. Other than craigslist and ctsowners.com, does anyone know of another source? Any advice is much appreciated and thanks for you time.

Be careful with the Cleveland pickapart ones. I went there a year ago and all four that they had on hand had torn center bearings.
