My 06 had intermittent problems with the cruise control not working recently(past few months) and the rpm's started hanging longer than usual, never had a check engine light until I took a trip to vegas last weekend and it started throwing a code for the clutch position sensor. I'm currently waiting for it come in.

That paired with my cruise control not operating at all now so I figured the 2 were connected somehow but no check engine light to remove all doubt for me. I hope it's not just the "new car what was that noise/vibration/smell" mentality
The cruise control not working is typical of a malfunctioning clutch position sensor as mentioned earlier in the thread.

My RPM's hang a little to and are slow to come down its kind of annoying if your just revving it up but driving I never notice.
