You are contradicting yourself here and confirming what I just said.
The new CTS is already at dealership lots, in case you didn't know, as a 2014 model year.
So like I said, the following year(2015 model year, one year from now) the V3 will come.
As history will repeat itself.

that is why I started the thread, I saw online that a new style CTS was already out but not much info on the V3. That is why I confused that some were saying the V3 wasn't gonna out for a couple more years but the Vsport was already here

Haha. What do you want to bet?
I say it is unveiled next year and available late fall/early winter as a 2015 model.
There's no way its going to be 3 years from having it in dealer lots.

V2's used are dropping some but don't count on them being below the $30K threshold unless it's got 40k or more miles on them. Personally I wouldn't buy a type of beast like the 09+CTS-V with high mileage simply because they usually get ran hard. I can't say I like the new larger 2014 CTS. I'd look forward to the ATS in the V series as Caddy premier door slammer!

I am sure they'll depreciate a little, but if demand stays high they may not drop much at all--a perfect example of that is late model diesels. A '06 Duramax in good condition still fetches over 30k, and it's 8 years old.
