Powder coat for sure...I'm debating on selling mine once I get the Forgestars.

I just got mine back from the powder coasters. Black chrome then clear. 300 bux

Just had mine done when I needed tires. Had to get wheel fixed due to hop so had them powder coated gun metal. Look great. Does cost a bit more. About $150 more per wheel here in Houston.
