Wheels are a pain and I'm not sure if the mods make that car significantly faster but I find the V has really useable torque and even combined with the long gears you don't end up shifting it all the time. My friend has a similar M and he just kept up with me on a quick road pull. I started in 2nd and only floored it once I passed 3k or so to keep the tires hooked. He said he was wringing it out. Not really important info for the track but for driving it every day I'd call it more road friendly.
I'd also say the V is infinitely more comfortable as a cruiser, and on too of that, I find coil overs pretty uncomfortable on a daily.
It's really subjective to your own personal preferences but if a stock car hangs with a modded one and is super comfortable and low key, that means more to me.
