Would 17's work with our brakes? I thought I've seen people with drag wheels before and they switched to base CTS hubs/rotors/brakes. If 10.5's would fit, yes. If not, 10's.

Yes the 17" fit on the rear of my 09 and they (IIRC) are the same brake setup on all 4 corners of the V1.

BIG news guys! I have finally confirmed that Weld engineers have V1 brake profiles, and are starting the process to make this a reality! The S77 wheels are the only style that will work with 6-lug, however, as long as we have 12 units (3 sets) on an order they can proceed with building

We are working on 17" and 18" fitments to start. I am awaiting confirmation of pricing, and as soon as I have it, I will PM everyone who expressed interest on this thread, as well as start a group purchase on a new post!!!

Hope to talk to everyone very soon

They're not the same all around. V1 and V2 have the same rear brakes, but the front brakes on the V1 are a larger 4 piston caliper than the rears.

Sorry for the delay guys, we're still in the engineering process, and working through everything now. I have a local customer with a V1 that I need to have come by for some measurements when he is available, and then submit data to Weld for clearances.

We are looking at 17" and 18" diameters, and widths ranging from 5" to 10".

Tell your customer he will make many people happy, if he helps you get them measurements...
