Damn, I wouldn't mind a set of 18's with a silver face and polished lip.

the "5 lug" conversion is sounding better by the minute. the amount of wheels available in 5 lug is just rediculous compared to what we have currently to choose from.

Yea... Spending $1000+ to ENABLE you to then spend thousands more on wheels is tough to swallow. There are *very* few aftermarket, or other GM wheels that I have ever seen on the V1s that look even half way decent. Just my opinion, but...

Definitely seems as if the V1 fitment for these wheels is dead though. Bummer

True. Depends on how bad you want new wheels. Yeah, the CS kit is a bit high in price, but its a complete ready to bolt on kit. Someone on CF made their own 5 lug conversion for a lot less, but it's not completely a direct bolt on kit.

UPDATE!!!

We have finished measurements on the CTS-V1, and have sent everything over to Weld. The engineering team will be starting on it after the 4th of July holiday, and hope to have the first set in development VERY soon!

Also, we will be holding a pre-sale promotion once we have confirmation on sizings and availability. I will make a seperate post on that, but we will be offering VERY special pricing for the first runs.

More information will be posted as soon as we have it. Sorry for taking so long to get our test mule in here, but this should be well worth the wait!!!

I just ordered hubs and rotors today for a 5 lug swap. This does make me excited for the 6 lug guys though.

I have gathered all the parts myself I got timken hubs and I am going to try to do v2 front brakes at the same time. I already have some v2 drilled and slotted rotors laying around that I am hoping to machine to fit the front. I plan to drill the rear rotors for the bolt pattern.
