The CS MM didn't like the shot at all. Not sure if these are the old design or not going to call them on monday. But the good news is rod bolts and a little more gap for a little bigger shot and some head work is in order while I am there. The sns stage 3 is a bad *** cam and I would recommend anyone to talk to martin at tick for a recommendation on a cam. the last week has been a good time especially on the sauce.

I'm sure Max will take care if you.

I also feel this is appropriate:

Well yea.... comparably speaking to the winter build I have planned this is pretty mild. My wife loves it when my car breaks goes in for a alt. comes out with a plate kit from NX and cam. A week goes by and she comes out to the shop to find my engine is out on the stand she shakes her head and slowly walks back to the house because this was the car I bought that "Doesn't even need anything because it is all done".

Just got off the phone with Max and they are sending me new mounts under warranty!!! That is customer service and standing behind the products you sell. I wasn't the original purcharser of the product and who knows how much abuse this thing has seen and it still held up longer than any factory mount would have. Just wanted to say thanks publicly is all. On another note I was tuning for a 175 shot when this thing broke but the 8.8 from them is holding strong can't tell you how pleased I am with that. I also ordered a new trans mount and shifter bushings as well.

Even though this is only the second mount that we have seen that broke at this location we updated the width of the "horseshoe" to as wide as possible at the location of the weld. We also changed the weld procedure, so now it doesn't cause a heat effected zone in a straight line across the part.
The RED lines are the previous width, the YELLOW lines represent the style in use today and for the past 2 years.
Well done SlowDenali, new mounts are on way. You'll need more that a 175 shot of nitrous this time.

So far timken c5 hubs. I have v2 front brakes and rotors laying around from the last car but don't know if they will work for the front yet. I am just going to machine the rear set so my e brake will still work and arp studs all around.

1) I am in the South Bend Mishawaka area. Actually we met once at a V meet when I had my old car. I just am putting the finishing touches on a garage that my last car helped fund.

2) I have wide wheel trailing arms on the car now. I am going to have to mini tub the back it seems and possibly do a tube subframe. For a track set up I am running rst welds probably 17x11 and 18x5. For street use I plan to run str 18x8.5 all the way around.
