It doesn't help that my current setup sounds like a goddamn gravel truck (which also means that I can't really give any useful before/after comparison, because the driveline right now sounds like absolute crap).
The issue i see with the crackin diffs is there either bad case design or poor harmonics where the diff is bouncing uncontrollably and leading to the case cracking.

I dont drag, which destroys drivetrain, but i have enough power not to throw caution to the wind.

I am goin to try and yank the diff bushing out on the car, if it works with my puller via wrenching a nut on a thread great, if not i will get a hydraulic cyl with a hole in the center and pull them out like rotten teeth.... Either way i am not droppin the tear cradle. Too much work...

I've also heard of hard 1-2 shifts taking them out in one pop.

If you're really worried about the additional NVH, I'd advise putting in the 80A bushings. They'll still help reduce movement and should limit any noise that the 95A would transmit. Either will be a nice improvement over the stockers.

Exactly why I refuse to slam second gear lol. I did a few times when I first got the car then realized I don't feel like buying an 8.8 or 9" quite yet.

Anyone ever had a problem with the Corsa exhaust doing this?

The welds are broke on the bottom half of both of the resonators.

So drop it down and have someone weld it back together...

Don't even have to drop the exhaust..just put it on a lift as the top sides are fine...I was just curious if that had happened to anyone else or not since Corsa is supposed to be the best cat back for us. Although I'm unsure how long the system has been on the car.

Maybe bracing can cause this or bad welding seam or stick on the ground somewhere, there are some marks on the mufflers?

Best regards,
Ronald

It could've hit something I guess...There's a few scratches on the resonators but nothing that looks extreme enough to break welds...Here's a little update of the progress.

I'm from IL originally...Just didn't bother switching them for school since my insurance would nearly double coming to FL...However that will be changing when I renew them in May.

Ah. Much easier to see that it is primer on the computer rather than phone screen.

If you're there for school you may want to get away with IL plates as long as you can. You'll have to pay sales tax on the car to register it in FL. There may be some variance for school attendance.

I'm graduating in May and will be switching to full time where I work so I will pretty much have to so I don't have to pay state income tax. They'll get you one way or another....

Here's the results of this weekend. They're kind of low quality (iphone 4s) pictures and it was starting to get dark...But it came out pretty well. Just need to do some finishing touches to it still.
