Default Need Assistance - No Crank Issue

Just picked up a 2005 V from a local insurance auction. Put a good battery in and when you turn the key to the ON position all the dash lights come on as they should. But when you put the key into the crank position, all the lights go off except for the orange Check Engine light on the RH side of the cluster.

Used a voltmeter at starter solenoid while cranking and got no reading. Tried on battery post side of solenoid and it is showing proper voltage.

I'm trying to track down the previous owner to see what the deal was. It has no damage but does have some shallow mud residue from sitting. That could possible be from just at the salvage yard before auction.

You may have the antitheft active.

It does that as well as cut the fuel.

There is a relay in the fuse box, do a search and you will find it here
