I rebuilt a 914 pedal cluster with brass bushings and all POR-15. If you want a good coating, soak everything in vinegar and let it air dry. It needs surface rust and pores to bond really really well.

They finally made a key for that thing a week later and i got to drive it, but i think my 105k mile ls6 seemed to pull harder than that 141k mile ls2, and also the magnaflow catback didnt sound as loud or mean like i figured it would, i think my muffler delete sounded meaner also
Plus the motor mounts and tranny mount and rear diff bushing seemed shot, there was alot of hard bangin goin on, plus it was almost impossible to get that thing into reverse

But i did notice when i hit the tc button 2 times it said competive mode on the nav screen, but when i hit mine twice it never says that, but its still lit up TC on my dash, but i have to hit it twice but hold it for 5 secs after the second push, but mine will only say stabilty track off. Why isnt mine goin into competive mode?

Tire sensors have been known to so this or lack of. I have been without mine for years and it goes in to comp mode but you can't shut it all off without active tpms
