Default Need help!!!! Bad!!!!

Can't get my new headlights to come on. I bought eBay headlight assemblies, and ddmtunning HIDs. I plug everything in and no lights. The only thing I can think of is that the harnesses off car have 5 females 1 yellow, 1green, 1 purple and 2 black. New headlights assemblies have 4. Whyyyyy aren't my headlights working??

Here's something to get you started:

Headlight DS - V1 Headlight Harness DS
blue (low beam) - yellow (low beam)
white (high beam) - green (high beam)
tan (drl/ halo) - purple (drl/halo)
black (ground) - black/ black (grounds)

Did you have trouble with the connector tabs retracting into the casing when you tried to plug the car's wiring harness into the headlight? Or are you crimping the harness wires directly to the headlight wires?

Actually I figured it out. I had to do some trimming where the harnesses plug into housings. They weren't lining up correctly. Thank God I didn't bend any tabs. However now... I can't get the dam mother***** headlights to align. There off like something fierce. 😡😡😡

You're aware of the side-to-side and up/down adjustment screws right?

check the screws and prepare to do some enlarging of the mounting holes so they can be installed and not be off (and look goofy as hell)
