I'd never buy it, but I'd be very curious to drive one just to see what it was like when new.

I had the chance to drive a friend's '05 with about 8000 miles a few years ago. It was super tight. No clunking, no rattles or squeaks, and the shifter actually felt pretty good, too.

I bought mine with 13k miles. It was realy nice. I think I’ll probably start removing a bit of the urethane in the driveline. My engine is still stock. Manifolds too. Aftermarket cats and catback. Shifter and wheels. Probably keep that stuff. The cradle bushings aren’t going anywhere. The mush just felt bad in a sweeper

If someone can grab that car at $20K, it would be a decent buy. It looks very clean from the pics. Headlights look clear, so it's probably been garaged it's entire life.

New V1s had driveline clunk and wheel hop right from the dealer. Shifter was sloppy from the factory as well. Small rattles and squeaks on mine started around 40K miles.

That being said, I miss my V1, and if I had room in the garage, would be interested in that one (at the right price).
