Vibration @ 2200 RPM

Vibration @ 2200 RPM So my new to me V with 120K on the clock now has a bad vibration around 2200 RPM. I had done so much since I drug it home I was not sure where to start. I am happy to report that on a hunch I unhooked the cat back as I am getting ready to install some Kooks headers. I fired it up and no vibration 
so I am a happy camper now.
The PO had had some electric cut outs installed and it seems the system was welded back up on a bind. I plan to have those cut out later this week so the shop can fix the pipe alignment and get me back to vibe free cruising.
When I bought it the diff bushings and motor mounts were blown so you could not really feel the vibration.
