05 V with tick?

05 V with tick? 05 V heads cam and spray. Car was run for maybe 1000 miles with a misfire. Some (fuel?) Wash down in the oil. Changed oil, plugs and wires car ran as it should for maybe 50 miles. Then this. Sounds louder in the video. I feel like it's more of a tap then a knock. Follows RPM

Lifter failure is what it sounds like to me. $300 fix as long as the lifter bore isn’t chewed up.
Make sure your rockers are torqued down to 18 ft-lb and didn’t lose their needle bearings.
