Why yes they do. A quick reflash of the PCM can take care of that and much more thanks to StealthV.

Elaborate. And what parts are necessary for said reflash?

I'm no expert just someone with a custom tune. Not sure if LS1Edit, EFILive or what was used to re-write the tune. I just know it works. Very simple to remove your PCM. A couple of plastic "push-locks" to take out, 1 screw to remove the PCM and 2 screws to remove the connectors. VERY EASY.

The hard part is finding someone you trust to do a mail order tune. I chose StealthV and couldn't be happier. He actually mirrored my mod's on his car for the custom tune. MANY parameters can and were changed.

OK, thanks for the info. I was thinking of picking up a programmer but a friend mentioned LS1Edit which was supposedly much cheaper and just as good, if not better.

There are some very good tuning tools on the market today.

EFILive comes to mind.
