Default Michelin Pilot Sports

Picked up some michelin pilot sports today (not PS2) in stock size and rating (245/45/zr18), and while i admit they do ride less harsh, I personally don't think they have as good of cornering grip as the supercar F1s. Just my opinion. Open for discussion for those who have bought the same tires and disagree. Maybe it's just that the tires havent broken in?

I had a set of Pilot Sport Z rated on my AC Cobra, and couldn't wait to get rid of them. They worked OK for about 4000 miles, then didn't keep up with the car. I previously had Michelin XTG-Z's which were excellent overall. I've since switched to Goodyear Eagle F1 Z rated tires...much improved over the Pilot Sports.

I feel the Eagle F1's are the best tire for my application so far. They're the ones with the real agressive tread "v shaped" which are different than the Caddy factory tires. But they're noisy on certain pavement.
