hey, thats with the BMR anti-wheel hop kit and trailing arms right? (tie-rods al well?)
if so, not bad, i guess since you are oushing more power to the wheels, you are over coming the tires tendency to hop and just spin like crazy!!!
that powershift to 2nd must of been fun going sideways huh?
hey, you feel that motor more responsive at lower rpms?

Yep. Been trying to take it easy until March when I can get it to the track. Thing's a beast, though. Lotta fun to drive.

Yes, I've got the AWHK and toe rods, and my rear end is still stock at 19K plus miles. I have always heard the rear end whining, but a couple of other RWD cars I've had had whining differentials. I thought that was normal . What I do notice now is alot more clunk from the back. Don't know if it's the excessive torque I'm seeing, the new clutch and lightened flywheel, or what. It's my understanding (or at least I've been reminded quite frequently) that I'm on borrowed time.

I can't believe this thread has made it to over 10,000 views! I wish someone else wanted to step up and have us install an ATI ProCharger. MSD, the ignition company is building a CTS-V show car, and wants us to supply them with an ATI ProCharger, their employees want to do the install themselves. I'd like to get one more install performed in house before we supply MSD with a kit. Anyone? Bob

Spending money on magnachargers, headers, buying different pulleys, air intakes, which end up costing as much as your install does . I don't get it. Not knocking the magnacharger, but there's an alternative. Seems like it would be even easier for them to do a 2006, since the throttle control is not in the way. Give these guys a shot, and you won't be disappointed.

I've only had my '06 for 2 weeks and I want a Procharger, but don't want to want to ship the car across country. It looks to me the GTO LS2 procharger kit is damn close to a bolt up for the V LS2.

I've called Procharger a couple of times to try to confirm this but I can never get past the receptionist to speak to a tech.
My latest thought is:
I buy the GTO LS2 kit, do the install myself, handle any mechanical road blocks at local shops, then find a shop that can or will do the TUNE.
or
Wait to Procharger comes out with a kit including tuning specifically for CTS-V LS2 which may be never.
or
Keep searching for a San Diego/ Orange County shop that will do it all.
