Yeah but you can remove the onstar antenna. They tell you not to, but when I messed up both tires in the middle of nowhere at midnight, my onstar still worked w/o having that goofy *** antenna getting on your nerves.

yeah, its the onstar....maybe you can swap it out for the 05, two in one design?
Good luck!!
John, change of topic, your th400...can you compare its street driveabilty or comfort to a 4l65e/4l60e? Im shooting for a FI kit for the 408ci and im really considering swaping out to a more 3spd th400.

From what I can see, I can get a 04 for 33/34 or a 05 for 38-39. So I say to myself, is it worth it to get an 05... I'll do a quick for 05's with low miles that get to like 36, but, in the end I would pay more per month and that might equal the lesser value of the 04. Meaning I get a 04 cheaper to start, and sells cheaper too.. no real loss. my guess is that the 04's will get to 28/29 next year, and will be very popular with guys who now afford them.
My T400 is a manual valve body, so I do all the shifts. It's no big deal. If you didn't want a transbrake, you could get a automatic valve body T400, and then you can manually shift it at the track to wind out the shifts if you want. An automatic valve body T400 is like what came stock in a Chevelle or Nova etc.
