Drove a Cadillac Certified used V yesterday. While the salesman drove it first he suggested that the shake in the steering wheel was because the car had been sitting for awhile and it was cause from the tires. He said after some driving it would clear up. I have never heard of anything like this, what gives?

ya, happens all the time...tires get flat spots, dont attempt to rebalance after you've driven at least 20 miles...it should clear up after that, and Im talkin highway speeds.
