it was 75* out & DA was 2200'

the CTS's time I ran is corrected to a 13.38 @106 given the DA'....mine was a 13.29 @104...when I ran him I had my ECM tuned with a program that made an additional 10whp/tq on the dyno..Stock TCM, no TCM tune still problems (glitch in software) so all my shifts were a bit early 6200 or so and all the torque management in place..my final Wester's tune is in place now, but I haven't run it since all is complete..26whp/40tq on the Dyno (total of 352.x/370.x whp/wtq), NO torque management and upshifts at 6500, so it should run well, waiting for some good weather (fall)..hoping for a low 13 with just the tune, that torque management was a killer off the line and on upshifts, I was told by a guy with a Tech II it was pulling 12* on the launch..
I don't think I would have a let down in a race against a Stock "V" with an avg driver at this point, especially in the street, Even with the tune I can leave at almost 2k with NO excessive spin..

im sure you wont feel let done, becuz lets be honest, a TBSS is a capable vehicle for its weight class...

A stock V will mph in the twelves stock, theoretically, but hard to produce becuz of the lack of drag configuration. Not trying to give excuses but with your mods, you wont beat a stock V above triple digits. Also, a V wont pull away that nasty from your truck either... SO it would be quite even race with your current mods...

Both are very fast and capable cars.... the weight difference isnt that much either, 500lbs i think. It would be interesting what an auto V would pull at the strip, but that wont happen!

hey, by the way, welcome to the V-section, where everyone has a stock rear mounted procharger strapped close to the rear diff!!!

sure... here'z a good view of the street terror in the flesh......

(Beware, some might be inadvertantly stripped of all emotion or turned into stone if you look at the charger straight in the eyes. Even a picture or kindergarden level drawing/scratches have the power to suck the very life out of you... you have been warned.... )

Pedro, my friend, are you serious?! Your telling me you can't see that shinny ribbed box fully of Forced induction fury between the two exhaust pipes? here's a clue, if you stare long enough, you can almost hear that whine we all so cherish and our opponents fear.

hmhmhahaha!! Sigh, you guys are more fun than the GTO guys, they were a bit upset becuz our cars can haul more girles and still have room for a shoe box in our trunks!!

(I know thats gonna get some attention!!)
