Oh ****...here we go. First off,...let this be known to the entire V world...I'll race any of you with a street legal cts-V...at ANY time. You name the price....i'll swing it....and then we'll do it. Road course, drag strip, high speed....you name it, i'll be right here waiting for you. If you think you can contend,,....your dreaming. It'll take more then 800 hp to nose my fully suspended, lightweight, XXX amount of power corvette out on a road course
buddy.... and as far as straight line speed....well...the only stock piece on my car right now is the bottom end. It's replacement awaits next to my tool box. So,...whenever your ready, you come to me....and i'll make sure you get some runs with , lets just say some cocky Corvette owners....and who knows...maybe i'll have a V waiting just for you. But you cannot honestly deny the V's performance. You see, you come from vettes, guys, a car that has a long hood, coupe'd design with good power, and light. The V, on the other hand, is a 4dr saloon, heavier than the vette, and will require a different style of driving. Moreover, when you go back to YOUR car, you are lower to the ground and feel more sporty. IMO, this may or may not apply but think about it for a sec. The V will require a bit more steering response, (different sriving imput, no matter what you may have to do) to get around the corner, but your vette will not plow through the corner faster than what ya'll are trying to portray. Again, its not just magazine articles, its facts that have been proven.... (here we go!) if you want to know, go ahead,and search for it, i car less if im believed but the information is there.... (hint, its not on the internet!)
So, again, i love how we agree to disagree. Except for you, 2c5... TxsilverV, get r' done. Most vette guys are just pissed becuz we can go just as fast, handling just as good, and do it with twice as many ***** bobbing around in the car than they can... and have room for all those girls purses and **** in he trunk!!

I was gonna trade my V in for a new z06, had a good deal from a friend of the family as manager at one of the local chevy dealers.... but i the lack of ANY room and only two seats killed it for me. THe motor, IMO, could of been done better. my 408ci makes more power than that!!! (And yours too 2c5!!) oh well, let see how the new camaro looks and feels like, i might just have ot keep this thing and get a KB on it!!
