Default Clutch travel question????

I recently bought an '04 CTS-V and wonder about the clutch engagement point....

The clutch begins to engage about 1/2" off the floor, a mere toe twitch...

Is this normal???

Thanks.

Dave

04ctsvfl,

The local dealer here got his heart right and saved me the trip..... It's a Platinum bomb with a black interior, 27,000 mi.

It's out of character for an old guy in a stick-shift Caddy to be cruising around hunting stoplight rumbles....
