Default Mine...

Here are a few pics of mine before I put it up in storage in Oklahoma. The Z-06 in the background belongs to my fiance.

The grill is metal and can be powdercoated. The frame is the FAWKING cheapest plastic ever made, so you need to paint it. The blackouts for lights have been done in many ways, most DIYers using a paint like nightshades and some light sandpaper. Do a search or post in general section, I am sure many will jump in to help.

Is it me or are the headlights different from the 05's to 06's. By this I mean, the 04-05's are grey background and the 06+ are black? Or is it the pictures?

man thats nice, that was going to be my next mod and my heads and cam package that I already have it should put me around 600 rwhp on a 150 shot. What brand of gauge is that under the dash with the light? I like it.

Also, I need brighter lights so I noticed that you may have some 10k HIDS or something? Can you share with me where you got them and did you have to add ballast? And finally, did you do it yourself if so was it simple?

Thank you,

Thank you,
Thanks and The gauge is a C2 electric gauge and it was awesome...my buddy used to work at autometer and got me it super cheap.(actually autometer is about 10 minutes from my house I should go rob the place haha) I loved that gauge though. With the v i think i would go with the cobalt series though ..it would match the stock gauges better i think. And for the lights... the Low beams are just a bulb replacment. D1s is the bulb number.... Honestly Just go to ebay and find a good seller and same for the fogs but you will need an hid conversion kit for those.... either 9005 or 9145 will work and you will have to mount the ballast somewhere. Most people mount them on top of the fog bracket. "Jon" has made a great tutorial for the whole process of removing the bumper for the low beams http://www.jon04ctsv.com/bumper_removal/

any questions let me know
