Is there a write anywhere with someone doing from the top. The write up I found had you dropping the exhaust and basically making a lot of extra work for yourself. Also, a b&m with uuc bushings will i need to put some dynamat in there to keep the noise down or will this set up be nearly as quiet as stock?

The B&M shifter I bought came with a instruction manual with everything done from the top. When I first read through it I was kinda scared of drilling out the revits but with the right size bit youll be fine. I dident use any dynomat and the noise is very, very limited, my wife couldent notice it with the radio off and widows up until I pointed it out. But like I said before if you install the UUC bushings beavel the leading edge youll understand what I mean once you get in thier and see the old bushings.

too high go to the faq sticky at the top of this forum and then to vendor list. You are looking for lindsay cadillac and I believe the bushings are urethane where the stock are rubber. Basically harder bushing = firmer, smoother shift. Also, i think they run about $40
