Default Kooks Header Install Question

Ok guys, so im new on this forum and i got a question for you. I just ordered the kooks LTs to hook up to my corsa. Im pretty beginner when it comes to install (ex. done CAI and exhaust). So, i have never done a header install. Do you think i should be ok handling the install myself with a friend or should i pay to get it done??? Thanks!-matt

Go to cadillacfaq.com and check out the install instructions. Take your time and you should be fine. make sure you order the catted or catless connection pipes from kooks specific for the corsa. It will save you $400 bucks so you can get a UUC shifter. Check out Cadillacforums.com also. tons of info. good luck

UUC only way to go on the shifter. I just got in on a GP (I think they extended it one week) over on the Caddy forum for mine. Absolutely love the way it works and makes the car even more fun to drive.

UUC rocks! I love mine.

As far as the Kooks, I paid to have the techs at my dealership install them (just didn't have the time- my weekends are spent playing with my Son and golfing). I watched a fair amount of the install, and it didn't seem too hard. I printed out the instructions from cadillacfaq.com and gave them to the techs to try and be helpful, and they seemed to appreciate it.

You're going to love the Kooks and Corsa sound. It's wicked
