Default is there rca hoockups on nav/dvd screen

is there a rca output or input on the back of our cd/dvd/nav player??? wats the best way to add a sub?

No, there are no RCA outputs. You have to tap into the output from the factory Bose amps in the very back left of the trunk (right behind the left taillight). You should be able to find a wiring diagram for the colors of the subwoofer speaker wire outputs either on this site or cadillacforums (the subwoofer outputs are the 2 larger speaker wires, hard to miss). Then simply get a Hi-Lo Converter that converts high level speaker wire signals to low level RCA wires (or if your aftermarket amp has speaker level inputs you can run the pair of subwoofer speaker level outputs directly into it). Search cadillacforums on how to tap into the power wire underneath the rear seat (for less than 30 amps of power).
