Certified 2005 cts-v 40,000 miles

Hey looking at getting into a 2005 cts-v with 40000 miles all stock, but certified from a cadillac dealer 6yr 100k warranty bumper to bumper. is a car in this condition worth 28k to purchase?????? . anyone think i should hold off for less mileage or should i let it rip.. please help my consious is killing me

I think you should spend $33,000 no.... wait for someone on this site $32,500 for mine which has 6yr/100000 warranty and much much more. Plus has only 13,850 miles on it and pampered big time. Check a few posts back by me........... mapconn. Platinum silver "v" for sale.

You looking at the one at Ed Morse? If so, look over the car very carefully before you buy! Mine had all sorts of issues with it that should have been taken care of when it was "certified" & I didn't even pay much attention since it was a certified Caddy.
