Default pros/cons of 04 vs 05 v's??

Thought I'd ask the experts here

Can you guys provide me any pros and cons of the LS6 powered V's?

Any reason you'd buy one year over the other?

I haven't really looked beyond those years, don't think i could afford an 06 or 07, but not sure so if there's some things that make those stand out big against the earlier models I'd be grateful to hear about it also.

Thanks dudes

cadillacfaq.com is an awsome site.

My biggest suggestion is to look for one with the 100k warranty. All the V cars are great cars, there are no major differences between the 04 and 05 except year. I'd just look for the better deal, don't get hung up on the year difference.
If you have any specific questions feel free to PM me or just post on here.

Believe it or not, there are still '04's out there that are still under the factory warranty and so are still able to be certified if they are owned by a Cadillac dealership. I would also recommend looking first at Cadillac dealers so you have the opportunity to at least request a certified warranty if the car doesn't already have one.

That's one of those things you throw in at the end of the deal after you've negotiated the price. "Ok, that works for me. I'm going to need you to certify it with the 6yr 100k warranty before I pick it up."
