Anyway, if you decide you can't live without that '09 and drop your price let me know, I just can't see paying the 21.5 as I payed quite a few K less for my 03Z w/ 48K miles

What's your 03Z have to do with my price? If you look around it's about as good of a deal you'll find on any other considerable car with the GM warranty.
