Z06 Endlinks - New in package

I've read about the Z06 endlinks a few times before, but I can't recall the circumstances that they're required for. Is it just for lowered V's? Or was it something else?

They're shorter and more stout than the CTS ones so really only good on lowered vehicles. It's a shame they don't have one like that which was longer...I'm sure there's something out there, just need to research...
