OK Just to update. I washed up all the parts. They look pretty good. I'd like to either strip them or media blast them just to see whats underneath.
My original guess of the door flares and spoiler being taped on ending up being correct.
A little heat and a plastic scraper did the trick.
Overall the cleanest part is the decklid (trunk). Once I removed the spoiler (which turned out to be a 2 piece fiberglass version) I test fit the carbon one from Difda. As you can see the Difda one is a little smaller but it is definitely lighter. The fiberglass spoiler added some notable weight to the piece.
