If you live in Connecticut and want a cheap set of F14s, I have a set that are true and hold air perfectly, but need about $600 worth of repair and powdercoat to make them brand new.
I also have a brand-new set of 4 new center caps for $60. If you buy the wheels I'll throw them in for $50. I also have a set of 6 Mighty Mouse wheel spacers (4x 1/8" and 2x 3/8") for $50. You shouldn't need these with the wheels, but I personally prefer to put a set of 1/8" wheel spacers behind the front wheels to even out the track width.
