Both cams will work but you'll probably be be better off with a 02 and up Z06 cam. It's cheaper and the car will drive like stock and have a very usable power band. It will make over 500rwhp easy. Her is an 02 Z06 we tuned with a D1SC, it's stock motor, no meth with jsut the blower and headers.

Mark got his Firehawk into the 12.60's with an 8.8 rear and 4.10's. It's got more in it. Still slow compared to your **** though!

For sure man. I'll give you a call sometime soon and we can catch up! I just picked up an LS6 intake for the car. Gonna pull the springs off and test them too. Nothing else crazy going on.

I have the same cam but the lower lift version and have passed emissions testing every year by 1ppm on curb idle. the 212-128 will have a lopey idle while the zo6 will be smoother in idle. I like the 212-218 because it bleeds a little boost and keeps the dynamic cylinder pressure slightly lower and is a healthier scenario especially when my PD blower puts out 20lbs boost. For a centrifigal blower like the vortech- the Zo6 should be just fine. Good Luck
