Default Innovative Snow Plow

Here's a plow that mounts onto your Hitch and can do a excellent job plowing an average 2 car driveway in 5 minutes. I recently plowed as many as 9 driveways an hour. They are available for 2695.00 US and I have one in Toronto. You can also check out Superplow.com for more information. Compared to a front mount plow this product will not wear out your front end. The plow will fit most vehicles with sa class 3 hitch.

We'll it depends on what you call a real plow. A bottom end Snow Bear costs about 1400.00 and does not backdrag well. A good western is around 5K. Ive tested this superplow and was able to do nine 2 car driveways in an hour and a 25-30 car parking lot in 30 mins piling snow 8 feet high. The scraper is 3/8 inch steel and the springs have a 1200lb down pressure capability with hydraulics capable of 2000 lbs. This plow will install and dismantle onto a class 3 hitch in about 3 minutes - For me being a part time snow contractor that equates to about 150.00/hr during snow storms - and no wear and tear on my front end. LOL

I built one similar for the rear of my truck. It does a good job and beats shoveling

I actuall plowed 2 driveways yesturday of people who have not plowed since winter and removed 2 feet of snow off their 2 car driveways in 20 mins. Not bad for $80 per driveway.

Does your home made plow have hydraulics?

No I used a ATV winch to raise and lower it. I wired a remote inside the cab of my truck so I can controll it.

It does swivel but I have to do that manually. That super plow looks very nice.
