Yea I went on a friday back in may, just a rice fest. You'll be bored in 15 minutes, save the trip for a big race. Like the 15K to win street shoot-out in August. Info:

My truck let em down again at the strip...even with slicks im havign problems...over 100mph trap speed....with traction..and still 14's....it should be doign mid/low13's but it isnt....were working on the problem as we speak.

No, I gotta DSM. Thats not even with me at the moment, its getting a bunch of work done to it. You in Automotive? Yea..Ive had the same problem at the strip, 1.81 60ft, 80MPH in the 1/8 and an 1/8 ET of 9:20..whhaaaaaaaaaattt. Should be the other way around w/ AWD. I'd think yours may have to do with weight..have you done the calculations? It'll *off the top of my head* probably need 300 RWHP to get you solidly into the 13s, thats just speculation, cuz I know nothing about your truck.

I was there in my silver SRT8 300C. Ran a best of 13.23 @ 108.99mph with a 2.06 sixty.
Car is basically stock (185 stat and a drop in panel K&N filter in the stock airbox)
It was a fun night, track was hooking half decent but nothing great.

I think you are referring to Brent...He is from New Jersey and had mods on the car...(Intake, exhaust, etc etc) Ran at ATCO in -2500 DA or similar.
He has a quick car no doubt. I think he did a converter and other work but wasn't impressed with the results. (Lack of programming probably the cause)

Most likely..think the car was black? How do you like yours..Iam waiting for a Challenger. Just hoping the new 2009 HEMI isn't 3-valve w/ VVT. Oh, what are guys usually 60'n w/ those? Cuz looks like if you could get it in the 1.90s you'd be in the 12's.

I love the car, I traded my mint 02 SS on it about 6 months ago. I was also looking at the challenger...It'll be interesting to see how Dodge handles the new gas guzzler tax here in Canada!
Best sixty I have heard of was 1.9 but I havent been able to hit that yet. The programming in these cars are brutal but thankfully Diablo is coming out with a programmer this summer. (The PCM in these cars ramps throttle opening in first from 30% up to a max of 70%) Makes launching and getting a good sixty tricky most of the time...
Car has been rock solid, no problems at all. It's quiet, very quick for 4500 pounds with driver and gas/misc crap in the car and stops/handles very well.
I am fairly certain I'll buy out the car at the end of the lease...

Thats killer, I use to work for a place in muskoka that rented cars, we had two of the first 300's in Ontario (let alone up there) Daaaamnnn the heads those cars turned!! People thought they were Bentlys LOL. Yea, a 1.90 could be hard to hit, unless you went w/ slicks but then you might break something. I hear the driveshaft shop has axles for them or right around the corner anyway (last time I was talking to them..they are coming out with them) which would help the cause. Those cars/engines are killer..I own newhemitech.com and ontariostreetcar.com for that matter.....Good luck with it, glad you are happy with the car!
Yah im third year Auto....my tuck puts down well voer 300rwhp...so the power isnt the issue....its jsut a giant headahce right now

Well if youre lookin for a money race you know where to look.. we can do it dirty in the streets for $$$. Tell your friends...100 minimum..if interested we can talk about the maximum, my **** is SLOW, it has snow tires....SNOW TIRES!! but I gotta gamblin problem..god help me.
