I'm swapping an LQ4 into a 1972 Nova, and I need to get VATS and emissions stuff removed (no tuning yet, just want to get the thing running for a while before I mess around with it).

Anyone know of a place in Vancouver that could do a simple flash like this? Is it something a GM dealership would be able to do?

If you really can't find anyone to do it out there (hard to believe), then go to v8rx7forum.com. There's a couple guys there who do mail order tuning for cheap.
