lq4 6.0 valve springs

does anyone know what the max lift on stock valve springs. these are on the 317 heads. i think they have a blue stripe on them. i want to know if i can run a ls6 cam with .525 lift.

I have seen dyno tests where these springs experienced premature valve float on stock camshafts before even reaching 6,000 RPM. I have also read that endurance and factory stock racers replace the valve springs with after-market as a matter of course.

From what I have read, I would deem them a trash can item.
