There is a pump gas n/a engine shootout in the new issue of Popular HotRodding. In that shootout there is an l-92 headed 400" engine with that new dual plane intake. It made 522hp at only 5700 RPM and 516 ft lbs at 4200 RPM.

Pretty shitty, cheapest Ebay single plain for the L92s i saw was 411$, i SWEAR i saw a Edelbrock intake for cheaper, but it was probably late and it has been a while, so it was probably just me.

They are working on it, actually, they are supposed to drop the first quarter if my source is correct. I volunteered my car as a test car if they needed it.

Default edelbrock l92 victor jr

I am about to buy an edelbrock vic. jr. for my 6.0 with LS3 heads. So far my research shows part # 28457 to be a carb manifold, meaning no pre- drilled injector bosses, for l92/ls3 heads.A big problem I have found: many places carry these but they are labled as "LS1" I found it for 268.02$ and12.00$ shipping to washington state.

I run an Edelbrock Vic jr for L92 heads, I got it june 2010. I paid $350 canadain, which was .9 echange at the time. It has a big plenum, i would say similar to the super vic for cath heads.

I have this intake also. It is 1" taller than the GMPP l92 carb intake.

According to people ive talked to the Edelbrock vic jr is suppose to make more power than the Gm intake, but ive yet to see dyno comparisons. Id be interested to see that also. Along with another test of the two ported by the same porter. Heck, lets even throw a single plane into the mix. That would be a good article. Eric L

We are talking single planes, each of theses manifolds is a single plane design.
