Has anyone got a blower on there LS?
I'v spent the past two years building my street rod from the ground up & now that I'v been driving it for a couple months, I'v been thinking about trying to boost the power a little. I think it would look really cool w/ a blower, but not really sure of the cost, or if the stock bottom end will handle it? Has anyone on here done it?

Check-out Hot Rod Magazine
September Hot Rod magazine had an article they took a 4.8 added twin turbos and made 1200 hp with stock bottom end and 118 octane fuel. REALLY check it out.

Hey Tigger, I have the same problem as you, been drivin it for a couple mos, now it feels slow.....lol I saw one with a supercharged small block on it @ a show & it really looked cool. Not sure I'v gotten all I can get outta this thing yet though, it runs good, but not sureI can't squeeze more out of it. My buddy rode in it & says it feels like a mid 11 sec car. I'v never raced, so I'm not sure myself. I had it on the scale the other day & it was 2340lbs with my 250 lb *** in the seat. I thought it would be faster than that. He says I need alot more stall in it, its got 3000 in it now, and it doesn't even feel like there is a converter in it. I'm gonna look into the roots style blower, they look bad ***....lol

I ran a Procharger on my 69 chevelle, with a blow thru carb-it was pretty bullet proof, only thing that worried me was how little of the crank snout actually was in the balancer-I ran an ATI balancer, so I wasn't worried about the balancer-I did like the Procharger on the street better than a turbo I am running now with FI, just something diff, lol

671 + s-97
Hi Tommy, I believe the "look" of a 671 is what you ask, thus BDS.
I have made S-97 TBI's for Craig.
These have TWO fuel injectors in each with a flow of 350 cfm.
I would "fit" three inline.
This "inline" fitment will balance the fuel delivery into the Blower with a good plug read and good temperature balance.
These are machined "billet" by John at AccuFab.
