i've got stock ls1 241 heads with the stock coil mounts etc, which type is best for my application? need to retain the coils etc just where they are with stock fittings etc.

I bought them from PACE. They are unbranded Edelbrock coil covers. I don't know if you can get the unbranded versions any longer.

I can check on the unbranded ones for you guys tomorrow, I am an edelbrock dealer as well. I keep some of their covers in stock as well, I will look into it in the morning

I have been thinkin of just gettin some old bbc valve covers and trimmin em for use as coil covers

those pace ones are the coil brackets, pretty nifty design actually

anyone using these with the msd 6010 box and loom in place connecting the coil packs etc?

no the msd is mounted nearby but the loom itself to the coil packs is quite bulky, wondering if it fouls the covers?
i'd be looking at the edelbrock ones with the polished finish or the black look in alloy, so probably not easy to trim if they foul anything.
i have the stock brackets and coils mounted on the covers as stock

I had no issue, but u don't use the coil bracket with the pace/Edel the coils mount directly to them

my MSD wiring harness is ran under the intake and I have no complaints, no issues with that or the coil plugs under the coil covers.

these are my coils/loom as i had to mount the msd box close by. would these covers fit or would i have to relocate stuff? i understand that the coils temselves mount underneath the new covers but i wonder if the loom etc will foul them.

Yep, that's what I had to do. They wouldn't mount to the mounts built into the covers
