A couple months ago I posted the chassis dyno video of the LS3 416 carb motor I built. I had a chance to take it to New Jersey Motorsports track. I got a couple laps in and started to get the car warmed up and after pulling in the pits I found out the o ring in the oil filter was torn and would not reseal so my day was done, but the car ran great, lots of horsepower and I was just getting started. here is the video http://youtu.be/TQfjmZ4MaWE

That looks like a blast, if there was a track around here like that, I would make a light car built for that with a 6 speed and a 4.8 to turn 7700 rpm, and just keep hitting the junk yard when and if they popped, makes me jelous...
