Pro systems will custom make a custom carb when you fill the specs out.

Once you get into the world of "real carbs" don't be afraid to call Braswell and see what he'd recommend.

We had a canted valve 421 last year that had 330 brodix heads and was 13:1. we tried 6 different carbs and it liked the 2 smallest ones, an 825 and an 830. Dyno and track proven. I also have a friend with a similar 440ci motor and it wouldn't run with a dominator. Both motors made over 800hp. Not saying that's gonna be the case for you but just choose wisely!

As far as 4 bbl carbs, you do need to find that right one, but the sv1 is a different animal, like comparing tpi to ls1 efi. Maybe not that bad but you get the idea.

Hope those SV1 carbs work out for ya several around my area have tried them, but not with very good results. And this after many times sending the carb back to prosystems. Patrick is definitly a stand up guy, great customer service. No question about that. He gave them the option to replace or try some more. Main issue seems to be off idle when going full throttle.

You should really go with a Pro Systems, great customer service and he builds it to your specs. I have had really good experience with those guys, top notch products.
