Gauge install help!!

Gauge install help!! im looking to get my gauges to work on my 80 malibu but dont know exactly whats needed to hook them up do i need any adapters my engine is carbed with a 6010 box and just need my oil press and temp gauges for now i want to use the regular autometer or any off the shelf gauges but will they hook up to the existing sensors on the engine ... if anyone can point me in the right direction i really appreciate it ....

Just got done with this on my '79 bu. Here's the route I went...
Water Temp:
Sender - Autometer 2259
Adapter - Autometer 2277
I just used the original location for the sensor that was on the driver side head.
Oil Pressure:
Sender - Autometer 2241
Adapter - Autometer 2268
I just took out the stock oil sending unit and used the adapter with the sending unit.
I believe some just drill and tap the stock unit to the proper size for the new sender so there's another option. Hopefully going to fire her up for the first time this weekend so I guess I'll see how these gauges work out...
