I've had great results from e85 in my genIV. So i've got a new drag only project so i'm about to build a nice little 'budget' 346 ls1 combo using stock bottom end (with rod bolts), PRC 227's, tsp ms4 cam, super victor manifold and at this stage thinking quickfuel e85 950 carb. Will try to get as much comp onto it, 12.0:1 will require 56cc chamber and flycuts.
Any feedback is welcome from other e85 carb users.

I bought a Quick Fuel 750 cfm E85 carb for my 11.2:1 compression LT1 with LT4 heads, intake and Hot Cam.
It would completely stall whenever I floored it, even when it was in Park in my driveway.
I tried everything to fix it but eventually send it to Mark Sullens to have it modified.
It works great now and has been very consistent for bracket racing.
I think 750 cfm would be plenty for a 346, even if you're spinning it to 8000 rpm.
I think Mark sells complete carburetors now.
