Trying to figure out what to do with my fans. If I'm getting rid of my computer whats the best way to wire them for a toggle?

well good news is I got it figured out. All I have to buy is some wire and toggle or two, ( if I want to run dual speeds.) and it turns out that when I cut these wires and grounded them and the fans cam on, when I cut off the ignition the fans cut off too so there is no worries about leaving the fans on.
