Default carb stumble

had a perfectly running 670 w/electric choke ,vacumn secondaries and 50cc acc pump. it was originally on a vic jr, but i put a perf rpm on and it ran great.
had it dialed in with vac gauge, no problems.
took it off and put a 770 avenger on w/electric choke std acc. pump. ran great initally, pulled alot harder it seemed. now its developed a off idle stumble, like a vacumn leak. it pulls hard if you get on it gradually. put a new carb gasket on it, cant find any leaks and have the intake hole for the msd plugged also. help?
