It tells the nitrous when to come on and off. Say, you want it to come in at 3600rpm and shut off at 6400rpm, it will allow the nitrous to run in that "window". Its an engine saver, especially if the engine revs quickly and hits the rev limiter. Rev limiters and nitrous dont work too well together. Can you say "BOOM"!! LOL

@zone, yea I was thinking of getting one of those before I do the install. I've been waiting around in the classifieds for anyone that is willing to sell one or trade one for some rockers/stands. I was looking at the dynotune 711 one which controls 2stages. Hopefully I can get one in the classifieds. lol

And thanks hitman

What do you think about this window switch? Will this work with a dual stage nitrous kit???

I am not convinced carbed LS motors need a window switch. I understand why the EFI guys run them because the rev limiter shuts the fuel off. Our MSD rev limiters just eliminate spark as needed. I could see an exhaust backfire maybe damaging the exhaust system, but not the danger that the fuel injected LS guys have if they hit the limiter.

I have hit the limiter on multiple occasions on my car with a 125 & 150 shot and everything worked as normal.
