Default lq9 questions and concerns

I have a 2007 lq9 out of a van, new cam bearings installed already, will be using stock crank, stock rods, pistons will be wiesco's junk yard dog series 11 to 1, cam was thinking a ms4, not set and stone, intake is a victor sr plummed with a nos fogger system, with a pro systems e85 850 carb, do you think thats to much carb for this motor or if the intake is to big for a stock cubic inch lq9 = 370 cubic inch kooks custom headers with 3 inch collectors to borla mufflers all input will be appericated i still need tones of parts but this is where im at if you would like to call or text me about this please dont hesitate 219-713-3387

It will be fine with that and e85. A torqer v2 would get my vote over a MS cam.
