89 RS, 6.0, Trex cam, T56 6 speed, holley 750 double pumper, 4.30 gears, 17 around town and beating it, 22-24ish on the highway.

94 GMC, stock 4.8 liter, 4L60 trans, 3.42 stock rear, 17 give or take. I never fine tuned it. Slapped it together with a 750 vacuum secondary and beat the snot out of it. Still kicking.

The others i never checked.

Old thread, but I would like to contribute to the database:

1973 4D Nova
3300lb, plus 300lb w/me+gear
junkyard 5.3 all stock
Mechanical Speed Demon 750
TH350
2.73 rear gear

Averaging about 15MPG bewteen city and highway. But I also run that junkyard motor pretty hard. 80MPH cruise on freeway, moderate launchs from the lights. Next step is to plug in the MAP sensor to allow me to fine tune based on mani vacuum. And MAYBE a wideband tune! But I don't drive this thing to save gas!

Default mpg's

1974 mgb 4.8 stock freshened up(lower end bearings, rings, lifters, timing chain and gears)
edelbrock 600 elec choke
shorty headers into 2 1/4 duals flowmasters
3.90 gears rear with 25 inch tall tires
averageing 17-18 town and highway but I cannot seem to let my foot up just to much fun so I guess not to bad but I do need to fine tune
